The Peoples Improv Theater is proud to announce the second annual NYC Improv Festival!

Over the past 15 years, New York City has become one of the premiere destinations for long-form improv comedy.  New York’s steadily growing improv scene offers a vast array of comedic styles and philosophies and to showcase this, the New York City Improv Festival was created.  The festival aims to celebrate the diverse talent in New York, but also to showcase talent from all over the world.

We openly invite all improv troupes to participate in the New York City Improv Festival, now in its second year. The festival will take place from March 20th – 23rd at The Peoples Improv Theater (The PIT).
